Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal business name] ("we", "us"), the seller of Rabbit Link. By creating an account or continuing to use Rabbit Link, you agree to these terms. If you use Rabbit Link for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you must be of legal age.

The service

Rabbit Link lets safety professionals describe a tool in plain words and have AI build safety apps (reports, JHAs, permits, inspections, dashboards), then share them with their teams. Keep your sign-in details confidential, keep your account information accurate, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Licence and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Rabbit Link within your plan. We own Rabbit Link, its software, templates, documentation and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, or get around its technical limits. You keep ownership of the content you enter; you give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

AI output and safety decisions

AI features (app building, quick reports, root cause, suggested actions, risk rules) can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking outputs, and for how you use them, and you must have the rights to anything you upload. Rabbit Link supports, but does not replace, the judgment of a qualified safety professional or your legal obligations (for example under OSHA). Do not rely on it as professional, legal or regulatory advice without human review.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to kody@rabbitlink.dev; repeat infringers lose access.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep Rabbit Link available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it. You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and its courts handle disputes. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: kody@rabbitlink.dev.
